- The Wireless Sensors Laboratory (WiSensLab) is created in 2004. It is part of the Nanoelectronic and Photonic Systems Group (NEPHOS) of the Department of Electronics, Electricity and Automation (DEEEA) of the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV) of Tarragona (Spain). , which is a Consolidated Research Group (SGR) of the AGAUR (Generalitat de Catalunya).
